About the Position:

  • We are an IT Outsourcing and Web Design and Development firm based out of Dallas, Texas, USA.
  • We are urgently looking for at least 2 Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Karachi, Pakistan office.
  • Our target market is the U.S. Therefore, phone, email and instant messenger communication will be on a daily basis. Preference will be given to those of who have lived or studied abroad. 
  • Working hours for this position are from 5 PM to 2 AM Pakistan time.
 
Required Skills:
 
  • MUST hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably IT, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of related professional experience in driving new business, sales and marketing in an Information Technology / Outsourcing services company.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills - writing, speaking and listening.
 
Desired Skills:
 
  • Experience with major online freelance marketplaces is desirable - Guru, Elance, ODesk, etc.
  • Commitment, Dedication, Highly proactive yet friendly attitude, strong follow-up skills, great attention to detail, and ability to work independently are the skills which will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
  • Experience in pre-sales and post sales activities related to web design/development projects, requirements gathering, and/or project coordination will be highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated individuals having aptitude of sales & marketing and who can bring new ideas/channels for revenue generation.
  • Responsible individuals who are client-centric and can provide timely responses, follow-ups and willing to go beyond the expectations of the company and client.
  • Target oriented and team player.
